Air quality assessment
We can model point, surface and line source emissions and compile pollution maps for both pollution permit applications and environmental impact assessments. We have extensive experience in assessing the impact of different emission sources.
To calculate air quality, we use both the AEROPOL software developed at the University of Tartu and the AERMOD View software based on the AERMOD model developed in the USA.
In addition to scattering calculations, we also have partners for conducting air quality measurements. With the help of our partners we arrange measurements of chimneys, ventilations and other sources of pollution. Based on the measurement results, it is possible to produce scatter maps and air quality estimates.
