Environmental management
The holder of an integrated environmental permit, a permit for the special use of water, a permit for air pollution and a waste permit for the disposal or incineration of waste is required to submit a declaration of environmental charges to the Environmental Board by the 17th day of the following month. In addition, an annual report on air pollution activity and a waste report must be submitted by 31st of January each year and an annual report on water use by 1st of March.
However, many companies do not have the time or the skillset to prepare and submit the aforementioned reports. Accordingly, we provide the service of submission of declarations and reports under a service agreement. The company provides us with the necessary input data and further calculations and reporting will already be done by us.
In addition, we also provide monitoring and fulfilment of all other environmental permit requirements (management of measurements, water sampling and analysis, etc.) within the framework of administrative services. The administrative service also includes participation in inspections by the Environmental Board and the Environmental Inspectorate and representation of the company.
